The Watch Master offers free UK postage on all orders.
You will receive a notification via email once your watch has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number (where applicable).
Standard UK delivery is FREE for all orders, this is via Royal Mail First Class. Please allow 1 - 5 working days for delivery. A signature is required.
Next day UK delivery (Mon - Fri) is £8.55, this is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your item will be delivered before 1pm on the designated delivery day and a signature is required.
Any orders placed after 1:00pm (Monday - Friday) & 10:00am on Saturday will be posted the following working day.
International delivery is £14.95 to most destinations, this is via Royal Mail International tracked and signed. All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. A signature is required.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders on the same day (Monday-Friday). Please note that any orders placed after the cut off time will be posted the following working day.
Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on national holidays.
Not happy with your purchase? Just return it to us with the enclosed returns form to receive a full refund.
Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased and receive a full refund within 30 days.
Please note in order to qualify for a refund or exchange the watch must be undamaged and in “original” condition. There should be no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the watch, the security tags and seals are still attached and the watch must not have been altered in any way.
All watches are visually inspected upon receipt to determine the condition of the item.
If a visual defect is found with the watch upon arrival, you must notify us within 14 days. We will not be held responsible for any damage issue reported after this time.
Once this has been done a member of our team will be in touch to inform you the status of your return.
We process most refunds on the same day but please allow up to 7 days.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and not returned; therefore we would suggest that any returns are made via a signed for service. Please note, we do not cover the costs of returns postage.
