Warranty

For brands that we are not 'official' stockists off carry a 1 year seller warranty. This basically means if the watch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watch back directly to The Watch Master for repair or replacement under warranty. 

What does your warranty cover?

The warranty covers mechanical faults i.e problems with the movement, hands and dial. We will repair your watch if it proves to be defective. In the unlikely case your watch cannot be repaired a replacement will be offered. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or style will be provided.

Things which are not covered by the warranty: Please be advised that repairs may take up to 7 - 28 days.

If your watch becomes defective within 30 days we will pay for returns postage, please note anything after 30 days you would be liable for postage costs. We recommend you use a tracked service as we will not be held liable if the parcel is lost in transit.
